Uninsured fees apply. You will be given a receipt that is also a claim form. If your plan covers out of network providers, you may be able to get partially reimbursed. Ask your company about it.

$20  -  Cupping

$25  -  Acupressure/Myofascial Release (each 15 minutes)

$40  -  Herbal Consultation with Acupuncture
$60  -  Herbal Consultation without Acupuncture

Prices for Herbal medicine prescriptions vary and are not included in consult fee.

Payment can be made by:   Cash, check*, Visa*, Mastercard*, Discover, American Express, Health Savings Accounts.  Credit union cards are preferred.
